Ruchi khanna: Being a home maker for past 23 years I have been cooking a lot.Due to health reasons a time came when “food became the medicine”.I am sure there are people for whom health is most important and they can eat anything if it promises to ensure good health and similarly there are people who won't even try a dish if you tell them it's healthy.Well my family had a tough time when, from being everything goes I became everything unhealthy goes out, kind of a person. Gradually I came to realise that balance between good health and taste would be the key. I keep trying to achieve that balance sometimes I pass sometimes I fail but I don't stop dabbling in food. It's a blog from a point of view of a person who was forced due to personal reasons to change food habits from unhealthy to healthier one. And in the process I had some hits and some misses but would like to share both with you. I would like to share, some healthy recipes which I have tried successfully, and some recipes which have tried to make healthier by reducing unhealthy contents in it. And just for the sake of that balance, some recipes which aren’t exactly healthy. But the final goal is tasty food and good health.
